1. Who we are

QR For Life is operated by BITSTREAKS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD ("we", "us"). We provide tools to create QR codes, including editable ("dynamic") QR codes that redirect through our short links, and scan statistics. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including by people you invite.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may pause, block or remove codes, or suspend accounts, that break it — without notice where needed to protect people who scan.

4. Our promise about your codes

• Codes keep working after you cancel or downgrade. Editable codes keep redirecting to their last destination. Editing and statistics require an active plan with enough capacity.
• A code stops redirecting only if you delete or pause it, or we block it under section 3.
• If we ever shut down the service, we will give at least 12 months' notice and let you export every short link and destination so you can plan replacements.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes may be added.
• You can cancel online at any time in two clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your paid features until then.
• You can get a full refund of any payment within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
• Changing to a different plan takes effect immediately. We show you the amount due, including any credit for unused time, and ask you to confirm before anything is charged.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes your payment, issues your invoice, and handles billing enquiries and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes; Paddle adds any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live at checkout.
• We will tell you in advance about price changes to your plan.

6. Your content and data

You own the destinations, names, logos and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service. You can export your codes as CSV at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep redirects available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We do not offer a formal uptime guarantee (SLA).

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties that it will meet your particular needs or be free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited or excluded, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes, termination and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you by email or in the app about material changes before they take effect. You may close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live or the protection of its mandatory consumer laws.
